feat(config): 添加腾讯LBS密钥和支付相关配置

- 在application.yaml中新增tencent-lbs-key配置项
- 在application-remote.yaml中添加支付通知URL及相关前缀配置
- 新增wallet-pay-app-key和transfer-notify-url配置
- 配置文件中添加支付模块的相关参数支持- 修复因缺少appid导致的微信服务启动异常问题
